The autumn 2012 Nike Running collection combines style, performance and the latest cutting-edge innovations to give runners everything they need to get out and prove themselves. 

Nike LunarGlide+4

The Nike LunarGlide+4 sets a new standard in lightweight, supportive footwear for runners of all abilities who are looking for a cushioned, yet stable ride. Taking the latest elite innovations from the track and bringing them to the street, the striking new upper is constructed from single-layer engineered mesh for maximum ventilation, and the very latest Flywire technology wraps the midfoot and arch for an adaptive, glove-like fit. A floating heel clip moves with the runner’s foot to enhance stability and limits excessive rear-foot motion.

The super-lightweight upper is complimented by Nike’s trademark Lunarlon cushioning system in the midsole to deliver a soft and springy ride, while the Dynamic Support works to keep runners supported and protects against over-pronation. Fully Nike+ enabled with a , the LunarGlide+4 is completed by a rubber Waffle Fill outsole that provides traction and durability, and is available in both Blue Glow and Volt colourways.

Cushioning – Good overall cushioning, felt very comfortable – Score 5/5

Comfort – Very comfortable, felt like I was wearing slippers – Score 5/5

Grip/Responsiveness – Went out in them on a wet horrible day and the grip was really good felt safe in them and they have lots of bounce – Score 4/5

Stability – They provide good flexibility but also provide lots of stability – Score 4/5

Overall – Fantastic shoe, can be seen in the dark in them and so comfortable, would definitely recommend to others.  Score 4.5/5
