We know about how athletes train and the kind of information that they need to keep a record of, we have developed this Training log with real runners in mind.

R4W is more than running…It’s a COMMUNITY! And not just a community…but a “Gated Community” R4W is SAFE! Everyone posting anything on our site has given us their REAL NAME and their REAL ADDRESS and they’ve PROVED IT by using a credit card that MATCHES the personal data they gave us. It’s a simple but effective way to make sure that only people who are willing to be responsible for what they say can join our community!
Members can gather and talk with each other in the “Main Discussion Forum” where everyone gathers to post back and forth on everything from their Training Journal, Favourite Races, Rants and Raves and a Chill Zone to discuss everything and anything non running!
It’s a VERY active place where you as a member can either join in the talk, or just relax and read as much as you want.
