Training Diary Information

Running4Women Training Diary:

  • Record training workouts.
  • Intelligent activity upload.
  • Import data direct from devices such as Garmin.
  • Display and analyse training data in graph, calendar and list views.
  • Display and analyse training across selected date ranges with advanced filters.
  • Track calorie consumption and body weight.
  • Track equipment usage.
  • Option to login using Facebook ID
  • Users can choose to make their diary public or private.

Route Planner:

  • Map routes and share routes with other site members.
  • Measures route distance automatically and feeds route data into a users training diary.

Goals:

  • Set performance goals.
  • Track performance towards goals in graph format

To have access to the Training Diary you must be a Member of Running4Women; there are 2 types of membership:

  1. Free Membership which gives you access to the Forums and the Training Diary.
  2. Paid membership of our Running Club which is affiliated to UKAthletics, this gives you access to your own Forum, the Training Diary plus all the benefits of being affiliated to UKAthletics.

Once you join either of the memberships you must then Register with the Training Diary.

Note: Your R4W login details will NOT give you access – you will need to click on the “Register” link, fill in the very brief form and click on “Sign Up” to be able to use the Diary.
