Running and Carrying Too Much Weight
I run at least 4 times a week ranging from 5k to 20k I have just completed my first Marathon but am still unable to lose any weight. I need food to fuel my runs and for the main part eat healthy but am stuck at 80kilos on a 5 7 in frame
