Iam 46 years old and have 6 children (3 girls & 3 boys) aged between 24 and 4. I am just starting the couch to 5K running plan hoping to get fitter and boost my energy levels. I am currently a stay-at-home mum but am eager to get back to work when my youngest child starts school in september.
