Cushioning –  The cushioning effect was felt as soon as I put them on. They felt snug and secure without feeling hard. Score 5/5

Comfort – Nothing rubbed or jarred and my foot felt comfortable whether running, walking or playing badminton. Score 5/5

Grip/Responsiveness – Slight skid on a very muddy patch but that was probably inevitable. General grip was excellent. Score 4/5

Suitability – I used this shoe for more than running and did get a lot out of it. Being a barefoot runner at heart, perhaps it didn’t entirely meet those needs but it did prove to me that barefoot isn’t the only good way!!! – Score 5/5

OVERALL – For anyone looking for a good running trainer I would recommend this. There was a cool (but not cold) feel about them which I liked very much and my feet felt very fresh after being in the shoes. Score 5/5
