The festive season is almost here and most of us will be running around like mad things trying to make Christmas happen. Fitting your usual run in seems to get harder and harder to do, so this month’s challenge is a little more time friendly!

Simply grab your kit and log 12 separate activities - runs/classes/swims/jogs/walks/cycles - frankly, whatever helps to keep you sane!  It doesn’t matter how long you exercise or how far you go – it’s about staying fit and hanging onto this years’ hard earned fitness during the Christmas season!

And what’s more you’ll also be entered in a random prize draw. One random winner will be chosen to win a mystery prize.

To enter just join this challenge group and log 12 separate activities on R4W between 1st and 31st December 2017 and you could be in with a chance to win a random prize!

Complete 4 activities and you will receive a Bronze medal.

Complete 8 activities and you will achieve a Silver medal.

Complete 12 activities and we will award you a Gold medal.
