There are 30 days in November and we’d like to challenge you to run 30 kilometres (18.6 miles) this month for your chance to be entered into a random prize draw to win Nell McAndrew’s Guide to Running Book

They can be 3 big runs, or 10 little runs – it’s entirely up to you – as long as they add up to 30 kilometres of running! And what’s more – we’ll even reward you with achievement badges along the way.

Complete 10k this month and we will award you with a bronze medal.

Complete 20k this month and you will receive a silver medal.

Complete 30k this month and you will be the proud recipient of a gold medal.
