Welcome to Running4Women’s Autumn Sessions Challenge aimed at keeping you focused and motivated for the chilly month ahead. They can be runs, jogs, walks, classes, swimming, cycling, anything you love doing to keep fit as long as there are 15 of them and you do it for 20 minutes or more!

One random winner will be chosen to win a mystery prize.


New Achievement Medals

Plus there are 3 new achievement medals up for grabs too.

Complete 5 sessions and you will receive a Bronze medal.

Complete 10 sessions and you will achieve a Silver medal.

Complete 15 sessions and we will award you a Gold medal.

2. Log your activities by midnight GMT 31st October 2017.  

3. Keep checking back to this page to see how you’re progressing on the challenge leaderboard.

5. That's all there is to it; keep checking the group for leaderboard updates and to find out which members have won medals.

Running4Women reserves the right to query or ignore any entries that it believes contain falsified data. Unless indicated otherwise, this challenge includes both outdoor and indoor running.
