This month we’d like to help you get back on track after the long summer holidays by challenging you to run 30K during the month of September.

 

Achievement Medals

Plus there are 3 achievement medals up for grabs too.

Run 10K and you will receive a Bronze medal.

Run 20K and you will achieve a Silver medal.

Run 30K and we will award you a Gold medal.

So come on, grab your trainers and let’s all get back on track!

Running4Women reserves the right to query or ignore any entries that it believes contain falsified data. Unless indicated otherwise, this challenge includes both outdoor and indoor running.
