We’re in full-on summer mode now! So if you’re looking for inspiration to keep you motivated over the coming month look no further than Running4Women’s The Heat Is On Challenge! Simply log a minimum of 8 runs of 2 miles or more during the month of August and you will be entered into a random draw to win Running4Women gym bag

And to keep the heat on we’ll encourage you along the way with medals to give you extra motivation to get out there and run that extra mile!

Complete 8 runs of 2 miles or more and we will award you with a bronze medal.

Complete 16 runs of 2 miles or more and you will receive a silver medal.

Complete 24 runs of 2 miles or more and you will be the proud recipient of a gold medal.

Running4Women reserves the right to query or ignore any entries that it believes contain falsified data. Unless indicated otherwise, this challenge includes both outdoor and indoor running.
