Are you wondering how you’re going to stay motivated over the coming holiday season? Maybe you’re looking for ways to fit some ‘me’ time in when the schools break (remember, running is cheaper than therapy!) and after all, you don’t want to let your past years fitness fall by the wayside – so come on grab your running shoes and join the Beat Your Personal Best Challenge.

Simply log a minimum of 10 miles during the month of July. They can be long or short runs - it’s entirely up to you – as long as you LOVE doing them and strive to Beat your Personal Best!

We’ll even reward you along the way with medals to give you extra motivation to run that extra mile!

Run 10 miles this month and we will award you with a bronze medal.

Run 20 miles this month and you will receive a silver medal.

Run 30 miles this month and you will be the proud recipient of a gold medal.

How To Enter

1.   Join this challenge group by clicking the “join” link above (you’ll need to be a registered member – click here to sign up if you’re not already a member).  

2. Log your activities by midnight GMT 31st July 2017.  

3. Keep checking back to this page to see how you’re progressing on the challenge leaderboard.

4.Tell the world about this challenge on Facebook 

5. That's all there is to it; keep checking the group for leaderboard updates and to find out which members have won medals.

Running4Women reserves the right to query or ignore any entries that it believes contain falsified data. Unless indicated otherwise, this challenge includes both outdoor and indoor running.
