Don’t just keep to the same runs, routes and reasons, make this the year you refresh your running. And to help you on your way, we’d like to challenge you to run 35 miles this month - they can be long distance runs, or lots of shorter runs – it’s entirely up to you – as long as they add up to 35 miles of running! So come on aim high, set goals and avoid those annoying running plateaus!

New Achievement Medals

Run 15 miles and you’ll receive a bronze medal.

Run 25 miles and we’ll award you a silver medal

Run 35 miles and you’ll be the proud recipient of a Gold medal.

How To Enter

1. Join this challenge group by clicking the “join” link above (you’ll need to be a registered member – click here to sign up if you’re not already a member).

2. Log your activities by midnight GMT on the last day of the challenge.

There are a number of ways you can log activities. Download the Running4Women mobile training app for iPhone and android and sync your run directly to your Running4Women training diary; Upload a run directly from a Garmin device or upload a GPX, TCX, .FIT or Polar .HRM file.Manually log a run. You will need to specify the distance you ran and your time. If you have mapped the route you ran, you can also add this to your logged run.

3. Keep checking back to this page to see how you’re progressing on the challenge leaderboard.

5. That's all there is to it; keep checking the group for leaderboard updates and to find out which members have won prizes.

By joining this challenge, you acknowledge and accept that it will entail physically challenging activities and some of the techniques featured in the challenge may be suitable for advanced runners only. Individuals participating in the challenge do so at their own risk and anyone under the age of 18 should be supervised by a responsible adult. Participants must seek medical advice if they have any injuries or medical conditions. Protective & appropriate clothing should be worn at all times. Participants must obey all traffic controls and signage whilst undertaking the challenge and are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable traffic laws. Running4Women reserves the right to query or ignore any entries that it believes contain falsified data. Unless indicated otherwise, this challenge includes both outdoor and indoor running.
