Not a big one I know, but I'm sat at the kitchen table with my PJ's on and haven't had a shower. I keep moving tie forward and telling myself I'll go in an hour

I know how you feel, getting out the door is the hardest part. I put my running clothes on at 7.30 and still haven't left the house. Its already past 11am

Have been out running – it was fantastic, glad I made the effort to go out. My dog did not enjoy the bit where we got caught by a wave and ended up soaking wet she loved the rest of it.

Did you try the two leads and if so, how did you manage?

Thanks Andrea – two leads worked brilliantly Jo pulled me up the first hill super fast and then ran behind me, I was tripping over the lead for a bit until I realised I could swivel it round my waist according to where Jo was. I ran an extra half a mile because I usually walk when I have to keep the dog on a lead. This is definitely the way forward. I tried to borrow my neighbour's dog (collie/springer spaniel) to see how it works with a bigger dog but they weren't home.
Sorry Marie I seem to have take over your topic – did you manage to get out yesterday.?

Glad it worked Dee
Don't worry about taking over Marie's topic – she last posted in July 2010 so I guess she won't mind!!!
