Well it's about time I tried to keep a journal again.
Started running again in March but had a bit of a start stop couple of months.
I am now doing about 3 runs a week roughly 2.5miles sometimes more.
This saturday I did my first longer, faster run of the year. Did about 4miles
in 45mins, very stiff afterwards and my foot was sore but all seems to have settled down today.
Plans for this week run monday, wednesday and friday mornings.
Up at 6am woohoo!

Hi Tracy,
How is the training going? Is the pain any better in your foot?

Hi there,
well training has faltered slightly this week due to holidays I did have a good run the other day and did 4 miles.
My foot continues to be low grade painful most of the time and flares up sometimes it's just the way it will be I think!
Hopefully I will be back on track soon but definitely not giving up!!

Hi there,
well running is going great my foot does get quite sore but that won't change so I just rest it when it's bad.
I have to take time out sometimes due to health issues but generally its ok. I have managed a couple of 5milers
recently and did quite a good time for me!
Hope you are all well. xx

Hi Tracy,
Thanks for posting on my journal.
Have you ever been to an chiropedist of podiatrist. I always had sore heels, now I wear insoles, and don't feel the pain anymore.
Maybe you should let them check your foot?
Good luck!

Hi there,
well after a valiant effort I am unable to run STILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my foot just gets so bad if I run that I can't walk on it, even going for a walk sometimes
makes it flare up. I have been to a podiatrist and had some orthotic insoles but they dont' seem to make any difference.
Oh well back to the doctors! Happy running all of you.x
