Today was really good – for the last couple times I went running I haven't always done what I planned, E.G. I planned to run 2 miles last Tuesday but instead only did 1. But today I ran 2 1/2 miles at 5m/ph on the treadmill (at home we have an old one) which is great because I didn't stop at all and also before I have only done it at 4m/ph not 5!!! 

I'm planning on doing the same tomorrow sf laugh Forums

Hi Lizzie, Well done, hopefully writing your training journal will help you see how your training is going over the coming weeks. Lots of the ladies on the forum have treadmills. Good luck with today's training.

Ran 4K yesterday and 3.2K today!!! 

I really am getting into doing this everyday and I am seriously noticing results: my always awful complexion is clearing up and I have had many comments on my figure! I am definitely sticking to this!

The comments you are getting are a brilliant motivation aren't they?  And I would agree about the improvement in complexion – I guess maybe where we sweat when we run its getting rid of all the dirt and stuff stuck in our pores?  Whatever it is, its good!
