I stumbled across this website whilst trying to avoid doing my work! (One of the dangers of self-employment!)
I have just spent the last hour completing (very honestly and ashamedly) my profile details and my training diary, which i started at the beginning of this month. I'm awaiting delivery of the new basic Garmin Forerunner 10 and am really pleased with myself for running for 30 mins straight before walking and completing 3.53 miles the day before yesterday...albeit it at a very slow pace!
I hope to use this website for my inspiration and motivation to keep going.
My main goal at present is to be able to run 3-4 miles at a 10 minute mile pace, and then i will join a local club.
