pulled heal

hi not sure exactly what ive done to my heal, think due to not streching after 5mile last week, its not feelin to bbad but don't wanna make it worse however im really missin my 3 weekly runs anyone know how long i should leave it for before i attempt a run? gem

    Hi Gemz, Its really hard to say how long you should leave it, are your trainers okay, could this be where your heel pain is coming from?

    Please let us know how you are getting on.

    Just using toners but not running ones prob should get some tho it's possible, def won't be forgetting my stretches again tho, gonna attempt a run in morning and see how I go and take it slow, gemz
