Pain in the butt...
I ran the London marathon this year and during training suffered from piriformis problems. My weekly runs have been far shorter sunce April with my long weekend run having been 10 miLes.
I am running in the Nike run to the beat half marathon next month and sure enough now that I have picked up my training again long run now approx 14 miles, the pain is returning. Hills seem to be a major part of it.
I have tried everything, physio, tennis balls foam roller and daily stretching but it won't go! My shoes are asics gt2170, fitted after having my gait tested at a running shop.
Any advice is very welcome!!
