Ankle support
Hi all I'm still running in a tender ankle, anyone know the best support to use on itwhen running?

Hi Gemz, sorry only just seen your post, how is your ankle now did you find an ankle support?

hi, it's still pullin on heal and the ball of foot it clicking sometimes when walking doc thinks its a joint issue and need physio so going to arrange that ASAP, still running tho bought a pro sport ankle support sock thing that has a coolin effect on heal and that seems to be good, I don't mind as long as can still do 3 runs a week, thanks for response,

Hi Gemz, glad you are starting to get somewhere best to get that physio appointment arranged, just to make sure you are not doing any lasting damage. Keep us informed on how you are getting on.
