I completed a hard hilly 10k run on Friday evening and since then I have had a pain in my chest which almost feels like someone has punched me there. Could it be possible that I could have pulled a muscle and if so what do you recommend as a healing process?
It is possible that you strained a muscle resulting in your chest pain. The best treatment is rest but you may benefit from a check up with your local physiotherapist. Kind regards
