Why Am I So Slow?
Why am I so slow? I am 27 and have recently taken up running about 5 months ago, running 2 to 3 times a week most weeks. I first began to train for a 5km run which I managed to do in about 32 minutes but can’t seem to get any faster.
Muscle Aches
I am going to start running outdoors in the next couple of weeks and increase my running to do a 5K race. My question is, should I still ache the day after I have run?
Training Intensity
I have been reading lately that high-intensity training can lead to estrogen levels dropping, which in turn could affect fertility. Is that true? And if so, what intensity would lead to such a condition?
I am a Beginner – Please Help Me!
Firstly what is the difference between running and jogging? Some training programs have running and jogging listed – is it just pace/speed at which you run? Secondly – what actually is a ‘race pace’? I mean how fast to you have to be going. At the moment I run so slowly, I have to fight like crazy to keep running for just 5 minutes continuously! Do I need to think about pace or just build up my continuous time?
Running and Stitch pain 2
I started running about a month ago and can do about 15 minutes but have just started getting a stitch about 10 minutes into my run any ideas why, what can I do to prevent it, should I keep going and try and run it off?

OSTEOPOROSIS is a condition that is becoming more commonly diagnosed in athletes. if you have suffered from a stress fracture and have a family history of osteoporosis , I recommend you see your GP and discuss referral for a bone scan.
Feeling Lethargic
I have been running now for several months, I try to go every other day and am able to run on average 1.5 to 2 miles straight. The longest I have gone is 3.5miles.

I would like to know the correct way to breathe when running
either at a slow or fast pace.

All of my life I have had trouble breathing when I run. After a quarter of a mile I feel my chest and throat tightens and my breathing becomes more and more laboured as I continue running
New Runner
I am 5′ 4″ and weigh 12ish stones. I want to start to do some running maybe train up to a half marathon. Do u think I am too heavy to do this
