Leg Cramps
Could you tell me how I could avoid leg cramps? On Sunday 11th I ran in the Royal Parks Half Marathon (great race loved it) but at about mile 13 both backs of lower legs started cramping. I finished OK but had the same problem in a training run before the race.
What Should I Eat Before my Run
I normally run in the evenings but have decided to run when I get up. Is it OK to run (10k) before breakfast or should I eat first? If so what is best?

Running with an Eating Disorder
I am recovering from anorexia (15 year history of it) and use to over exercise. Now, I am almost at a healthy weight and run for an hour four times a week and power walk for about 2 hours in total.

Anaemia
My queries are about two things really, and reached a critical mass today, my circulation and speed. I have started to get extremely bad circulation in my hands and feet, so that my fingers and toes go white and numb. That is combined with a feeling that I am just not getting enough oxygen.
