Breathing 2

Question:

I would like to know the correct way to breathe when running either at a slow or fast pace.

Answer:

Dear Penelope,

There are no specific rules about breathing whilst running.The main thing you should try to do is to keep a regular breathing pattern. Some people find it helpful to time their breathing with their pace i.e breathing in for a set number of paces and breathing out for a similar number.Hope this is useful.
