There is no nasty odour with this product so it is ideal when you have come in from a long run and you want to put some gel on those aching muscle but you are also going out for meal and really don’t want to smell.   Very easy to use just simply massage it into the affected area when needed. Can be used after any type of physical activity be it running, walking or even after doing the gardening. Will use again.
